Shipping Policy
Orders are usually sent via insured shipping with Deutsche Post/DHL, UPS, Hermes, or a similar company.
The items ordered will be shipped after receipt of payment, but usually within 2-5 working days, depending on demand.
As soon as the shipment has been processed, you will receive an email from us.
Shipping throughout Europe is free.
Worldwide shipping will be calculated upon invoicing
Delivery time EU: approx. One week after receipt of the order
Delivery time worldwide: approx. 2-3 weeks after receipt of the order
As a customer, you bear the customs duties and processing costs for customs clearance when shipping outside the EU.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs authorities.
Return & Exchange
If you're not satisfied with the unique item you received, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days.
Kindly inform us in writing at mail@moltrassi-artwork.com about your intention to withdraw within the specified timeframe.
We will then coordinate with you for the collection or return of the artwork. Once we have checked the item's integrity, we will refund the purchase price of the work of art, excluding the delivery fee of 50.00 euros.
